Standalone expansion to the third part of the popular Disciples series, resurrected in 2009 by Kalypso Media. In the game we can stand at the head of the Undead Horde, which we could control in the earlier installments of the series. The story was created by Ekaterina Stadnikova, a writer who has been writing stories set in the series' universe for years.

Disciples III: Resurrection - Undead Hordes is the first independent supplement to Disciples III: Rebirth, released on the Polish market in June 2010. The production of the .dat studio offers the opportunity to experience a completely new adventure.

In the first extension to Disciples III: Rebirth, the player leads the terrifying Hordes of the undead. It all starts with the exit to the dry land of Undiquillash - a beautiful ruler of the maritime people, whom the mysterious artefact endowed with almost divine power. Her beauty is so great that she attracts the attention of the crazy elven deity of Gallean. In the siren's face he finds the features of his former companion Solonielly and his tormented mind recognizes that his beloved one has returned. Unfortunately, the goddess of death Mortis, the true Soloniella, does not intend to stand with her hands folded and watch as her former lover finds solace in the arms of another. Therefore, in Nevendaar, the ashes of Horde the undead begin to emerge from the ashes. They have only one aim - to take revenge for the humiliation suffered by their lady. The troops of the army gather in the far north, and Mortis resurrects the ancient warrior Salaar to lead his forces to victory, and it is in him that players play in a nearly 70-hour long campaign. The plot of the supplement was created by writer Ekaterina Stadniková, author of a popular series of books with an action set in the world of Disciples.
