Game mechanics

In Dreadhunter we observe the action in isometric view. We move through futuristic locations and kill hordes of various creatures. We have to be in constant motion and skillfully juggle with firearms, often smoothly switching to close combat.

Standing in our way is both cannon fodder appearing in wholesale quantities, as well as much more powerful bosses, for defeating which we receive valuable rewards. As we progress, we unlock increasingly powerful skills, as well as gain new equipment and unique upgrades for our mech, weapons and individual abilities. All this allows us to face more and more challenges over time.

The locations are procedurally generated, so they look different each time we visit them. In addition, nothing prevents us from increasing the level of the challenges waiting in them by choosing a higher difficulty level.

Technical aspects

Graphics in Dreadhunter game is made in a somewhat cartoonish, but at the same time rather gloomy style.
