Ender of Fire Description
Ender of Fire is an arcade hack'and'slash inspired by classic arcade titles such as Dungeons and Dragons: Shadow Over Mystara. The game was developed by XINESS Games. Ender of Fire is the first project of the team released on PC and consoles; earlier, the developers were focused on mobile projects.
Plot
The plot and the world of Ender of Fire are extremely simple and make use of the usual fantasy tropes. After many years of war between an alliance of humans and elves and wild beasts, the time has come for a final solution and an end to the conflict. As a member of a mercenary team, the player sets out on a mission to annihilate the beast leaders and their leader known as The One.
Mechanics
Although Ender of Fire uses a 3D graphics engine, the action is shown from a locked side perspective. Locations are fully linear and players follow the only path from point A to point B. We start the game by choosing our character. We can play as a magician, archer or warrior. Heroes differ in skills and weapon types. The combat system is extremely simple and devoid of depth. The game is also quite short. It offers only six levels, ending with boss battles.
Game modes
Ender of Fire supports the local cooperation mode for up to three people. The game doesn't offer any online modes.
Technical aspects
The graphics and music are below the standards to which we are accustomed to by similar productions. It is clear that the creators did not have the experience, time and skills to create a title at least partially equal to the best games of the genre.
