Everholm is a colorful RPG, combining farm management from Stardew Valley with non-linear adventure on a mysterious island. The main character is looking for her lost sister Lilly. She must befriend the inhabitants and fight monsters in procedurally generated dungeons.

The indie RPG Everholm marks the debut of the Serbian studio Chonky Loaf. Just like in Stardew Valley, we manage a farm in a colorful fantasy world, which also hides a dark secret. The game emphasizes interactions with NPCs.

Plot

The titular Everholm is where Lilly wakes up. It is a seemingly idyllic island. Strangely enough, its residents seem to know the girl. The mystery deepens when Lilly tries to find her missing sister. To get help from the locals, she must gain their trust and establish a bond with them. She becomes one of the inhabitants, and to survive, she takes care of the destroyed farm on the outskirts of the island.

Gameplay

Everholm offers a robust farming system with seasonal crops, animal husbandry, tools, and home upgrades, giving players the freedom to build their farm however they see fit. We plant and sell crops, engage in gathering and fishing, and also obtain rare materials in procedurally generated vast dungeons, where we fight monsters. That's why we use a wide range of weapons.

Everholm's ultimate goal is to find the missing sister, which will require help from the island's other inhabitants. Gaining the trust of twenty foreigners requires completing a series of quests. Each character has a friendship development system, which deepens through thoughtful interactions, favors and gifts.
