The main cons of the game

  • Short Runtime: Many users feel that the game is too brief, with both titles in the collection taking only 2-3 hours to complete, leading to a sense of fleeting enjoyment.
  • Trial and Error Gameplay: A significant number of reviews mention that many puzzles rely heavily on trial and error rather than logical deduction, which can be frustrating and detracts from the satisfaction of solving them.
  • Limited Complexity: Some players noted that the puzzles do not evolve in complexity as much as they hoped, leading to a repetitive experience as the same mechanics are reused.
  • Minimal Narrative Depth: The lack of dialogue and a more profound narrative connection leaves some players feeling detached from the story and characters.

Summary

  • Overall, the FRAMED Collection is celebrated for its innovative approach and artistic presentation, but it faces criticism for its brevity and reliance on trial and error in gameplay.
