Fantasy sandbox role-playing game, being a debut project from AAD Productions studio. Developers wanted to combine the mechanics of classic RPG titles (like The Elder Scrolls series) with survival aspects and free world exploration, typical of modern MMO productions. The game is played in first-person perspective, and the gameplay is focused on exploring subsequent locations by ourselves, instead on completing consecutive story quests.

Frontiers is a sandbox cRPG game and the debut production of the independent AAD Productions studio.

The action of Frontiers takes place in a magic-filled fantasy world. The main focus of the gameplay is set on exploration of the vast open world, and also on the survival aspects, as during our adventures we need to acquire food with which we later prepare meals. The title features hunting mechanics, which allow you to set traps or directly hunt animals; gathering plants and herbs is also vital towards surviving. Thanks to the extensive crafting system, most of the rare, expensive items can be created by using resources which we have previously amassed during our adventures.

We experience Frontiers from the first person perspective, the combat takes place in real time and is focused not only on the abilities of the hero but also on the reflexes of the player. The game has been designed to encourage free exploration of the virtual lands and discovering new locations. Many of the most interesting places are impossible to discover at the beginning of our playthrough and it is up to us to find our passage to these unique locations.
