Greed Stays Home is an exploratory adventure game, maintained in the style of a psychological horror. It was developed by the independent studio Yellow Basement Games, which has a similar genre project Befriended Curse in its portfolio.

Story

The story told in the game Greed Stays Home revolves around the stolen wealth of an aristocratic family from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Although the consequence was the conviction of the alleged perpetrator (who ultimately turned out to be innocent), the family never managed to recover from it.

To make matters worse, after these events, disturbing incidents began to occur in the nearby worker village. It started with disappearances, which eventually led to the place being abandoned by almost all residents.
