Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Expansion Pack
Release Date: September 4, 2025
A large story expansion for the action adventure game from 2024, developed by Machine Games studio. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants introduces Rome as a new location for us to explore. There's also a new line of quests related to Emperor Nero, Mithra's cult and the legacy of the Nephilim.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants is the first expansion to the 2024 action-adventure game titled Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. The add-on was developed by the creators of the base version of the game, namely Machine Games studio.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: Order of the Giants allows us to take part in a new story set in Rome and in the catacombs spreading beneath it. Indy collaborates with Father Ricci - a young priest searching for an ancient artifact. A routine mission turns into another great adventure, during which Indiana confronts the intrigues of Emperor Nero and follows the trail of the enigmatic cult of Mithras, gradually uncovering the dark legacy of the Nephilim.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants introduces a previously unavailable map, namely Rome. The adventure leads the fearless archaeologist through places such as the Colosseum or the Vatican Gardens, but also the Roman canals (Cloaca Maxima) and undergrounds, as well as the ominous Crypts.
Apart from a new line of quests waiting to be completed, Indy must also face brand new opponents. We are talking about the Mithraic cultists dressed in dark red robes, who are ready to kill and die in defense of the ancient power they worship.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: Order of the Giants is a non-standalone expansion, so it requires the base version of the game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

Push Square: 7 / 10 by Aaron Bayne
However, if you're just looking for a few more hours with your favourite quipping archaeologist, then The Order of Giants offers up just that, with a fun storyline, great visuals, and some fantastic puzzles.
XboxEra: 8 / 10 by Jon Clarke
Indiana Jones and The Order of Giants doesn’t quite rise to the incredible heights of the original game’s story, but what’s here is more of what I wanted. More incredible locations, puzzles and maze-like tombs, dripping with atmosphere and history. What more could a budding archaeologist ask for?
Gamer Social Club: 7.5 / 10 by Dan Jackson
Overall, The Order of Giants doesn’t bring much new to the world of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Instead it builds on a great foundation with an enjoyable, albeit short, additional chapter. If you enjoyed the Great Circle and want more Indiana Jones you won’t come away disappointed by this DLC. You may however come out a little stinky after spending the vast majority of your time in the sewers of Rome.
