An improved and enhanced version of the popular 3D platformer from Nintendo. Kirby and the Forgotten Land - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World features a brand new area for us to explore, along with its new story. The game is also running in a better framerate than the original.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World is a refreshed and enriched version of the three-dimensional action platformer, representing the series that began in 1992. The game was developed by HAL Laboratory studio, and its release was handled by Nintendo.
The biggest novelty introduced in Kirby and the Forgotten Land - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World is a previously unavailable story. After a meteor crashes in the Forgotten Land, the main character gains access to unexplored territory. The protagonist sets off on a journey to clear the trail, using all of his skills and a completely new ability called Mouthful.
Additionally, the developers focused on the technical layer, improving the frame-rate.
The main character of Kirby and the Forgotten Land - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World is the titular Kirby - a fluffy, pink ball. The protagonist wakes up on a beach in an unknown world full of plant-covered ruins of an ancient civilization. Kirby quickly discovers that this land is inhabited by hostile creatures, who have enslaved his allies - Waddle Dees. Without thinking too long, our brave protagonist decides to go to the rescue of his allies.
In Kirby and the Forgotten Land - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World we observe the action from behind Kirby's back (TPP). During the game, we explore various levels with an open structure, including the ruined cities and buildings of the scale of a large shopping center. When exploring them, we jump on platforms and avoid various traps and obstacles, as well as face opponents, making use of Kirby's skills. Our protagonist is capable of absorbing smaller adversaries and catapulting them towards the remaining enemies. He can also copy the combat skills of his enemies, which allows him to use a sword or freeze targets.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World features colorful, three-dimensional graphics maintained in a light and pleasant cartoon style.

Game Ratings for Kirby and the Forgotten Land - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World Video Game.
Nintendo Life: 9 / 10 by PJ O'Reilly
Kirby And The Forgotten Land - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World gives you the base Forgotten Land experience at a delicious 60fps with a whole big bunch of new content thrown in for good measure. The 12 remixed areas that make up the DLC are uniformly delightful, the new transformations are excellent, and there's even new challenges for hardcore Kirby fans to get stuck into. One of the best games on Switch, and one of my favourite 3D platformers in years, polished to a sparkly sheen and packing some meaningful new content? That's a very easy recommendation and a truly excellent addition to the Switch 2's early lineup.
Final Weapon: 4 / 5 by Angelus Victor
Kirby and the Forgotten Land - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World is some of the most fun you can have on Nintendo Switch 2, but even with the justification that you might want to return to the game or replay it on Nintendo Switch 2, the high price makes this a game you will probably spend more than you'd like on.
DualShockers: 7 / 10 by Monica Phillips
Combined with the DLC, the full game is an incredible package that I'd give a 9/10 any day of the week, but when purely analyzing what the DLC adds, it's not anywhere near a third of the content of the base game, even if that's the amount you're paying.
