The game is the work of the Japanese studio Level 5.

The game focuses on the rivalry between the two enemies whose bases are located on the opposite sides of the map.

In comparison to previous editions of Triple Deluxe has been enriched with new powers for the main character and competitive multiplayer mode for four people.
