Out of Hands is an adventure game enriched with card game and psychological horror elements. The game was developed by the independent Game River studio, which has a completely different genre and style project Mechabellum in its portfolio.

Gameplay

In Out of Hands we play a hero who is fighting himself - with his memories and emotions tearing him apart.

Card duels

Combat in the game takes the form of card turn-based duels, during which we play cards representing different parts of the protagonist's body. Not only his hands, but also his heart, eyes, and mouth were included.

Both our cards and the opponent's cards appear on the board. Each of them has unique properties and allows for the execution of specific actions. Moreover, individual cards can be linked with a specific weapon to increase their effectiveness. For example, a hand can grip a pen to inflict higher damage on an enemy, while the mouth can be enriched with teeth for biting.
