Overcooked put out on PC, PS4 and etc. is a cooking action game. The production was developed by Ghost Town Games and published by Team 17.
The action of Overcooked takes place in an alternative comedy reality – The Onion Kingdom, which is on the verge of doom in the face of an incoming ancient evil. Luckily, this foul entity can be eaten – only through this can the humanity survive. However, to cook the beast, the best cooks in the world are needed and players assume their roles. During the campaign you face ever-difficult challenges in kitchens that serve diverse, yet always impatient customers. This will help you pick up skills necessary to save the world.
Published on PC, PS4 and etc., Overcooked is an isometric action game. Your objective is to prepare meals, which requires following recipes and delivering correct ingredients to proper places in the kitchen. The pace is quick, so even a short delay in finishing particular elements of a recipe can ruin the whole meal or make a client annoyed and impatient.
The game is even more difficult due to the fact that most of the kitchens are filled with a number of traps and moving elements between which you have to skilfully manoeuvre. During the game, you will have a chance of testing your cooking skills in many bizarre locations, like a pirate ship, demons’ chamber in hell, a frozen lake, or the middle of a racing track where you need to manoeuvre between speeding trucks.
The game features both the single player mode and multiplayer. In multiplayer, you can play together with up to four players – they can take part in cooperation missions as well as in challenges that make cooks compete with each other.
The title features full 3D. Visuals in Overcooked are quite simple, but thanks to a big dose of humour and a cartoon style, the game looks attractively.
