Independent studio Skunkape Games put itself on the industry map in 2020, creating a refreshed version of Sam & Max Save the World. In the following years, the team, made up of former Telltale Games employees, delivered remasters of the next two installments of this iconic detective adventure series. Subsequently, the team tackled the restoration of Poker Night at the Inventory, a card game that combines poker gameplay with a humorous narrative.

New features in the remaster

Poker Night at the Inventory (the remaster bears the same title as the original) boasts refreshed graphics. The authors leaned on character models and environments, as well as improved animations and enhanced lighting. In addition, the developers give us the ability to adjust the number of conversations held by characters, change the amount of entry fee, as well as activate special filters on the image, led by the "grain" effect. To top it all off, the program's code has been cleaned up so that opponents make decisions that better suit their personality and play style.
