Life Beyond is the debut production of Darewise Entertainment. The game is an MMO title that takes us on a journey into a vast, open world; in the course of the game, we not only get to know the sunsequent chapters of the story told by the developers, but we can also introduce permanent changes in the structure of the game world. The latter was made possible thanks to the use of SpatialOS technology from Improbable, which allows the most complex calculations related to advanced simulations to be performed in the cloud.
It is worth noting that studio Darewise was founded by Viktor Antonov (who designed City 17 from Half-Life 2 and Dunwall from Dishonored) and Randy Smith (chief designer of Waking Mars and Thief: Deadly Shadows). The game is also developed by people who previously worked on Halo and Assassin's Creed games, as well as such titles as Call of Duty: Black Ops, Doom or Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands.
