Rise of Piracy is an independent strategy game with RPG elements by Spideog Studios, set on the seas in the years 1600-1900. The game is set in an open world and grants us lots of freedom, letting us earn wealth and reputation through trade, diplomacy and combat.

Plot

Rise of Piracy has us playing as a rookie captain, starting off with a poorly equipped ship and little funds. In time, we can start showcasing our skills and becoming famous. To do so, we must establish relationships with available factions, look for treasure, lead a dreaded pirate crew or a merchant fleet.
