We are given a rich assortment of elements that we can place in our projects and we select them through a resource browser. Coding is done using the API C# interface (thanks to the Hotload function, there is no need to compile or restart the game to see changes in the code).

We create locations and worlds based on the terrain system, levels - using Valve's Hammer editor (which is itself susceptible to modifications), while we develop scripts using a visual tool called ActionGraph.

The entire creator is based on a scene system, allowing for immediate testing of our projects. We can share our finished games with the community, and there's nothing stopping us from freely checking out projects created by other players.

Coop and other game modes

In s&box we can play alone or in multiplayer mode (via the Internet, in a local network, on a split screen or a shared screen). We can check finished works with other players, as well as test our own productions while they are still being created.
