Space Crew is a strategic and simulation survival from the creators of Bomber Crew, Runner Duck studio. This time the player, directing the crew of the spaceship, must defend the Earth from alien attacks, taking care of the development of people as well as the machine itself.
Space Crew is a simulator and survival game with strategic and adventure elements, in which we manage the crew of a spaceship. The game is a continuation of Bomber Crew, and Runner Duck studio is responsible for it.
Earth, year 2152. Mankind is on the verge of total extinction, all by strange aliens called Phasmids. The United Defense Force recruit members of a special crew to defend the mother planet and its inhabitants from a tragic fate and it is we who control their actions. It is up to us who will join our team and how we will achieve our goal.
Space Crew consists of a single-player story campaign in which we explore the galaxy, take care of our crew, fight aliens and avoid dangers such as asteroids and meteorites. But before that happens, we have to select the crew members. We have to choose the right candidates for the position of captain, engineer or communication officer and personalize their appearance and equipment, as well as train them during the game to be as effective as possible in their positions. The same applies to our ship, which can be customized with its distinctive paintings, but we can also expand and improve it with additional armour, more powerful engines and other elements. Some of these things are accessed gradually during the game.
When both the ship and the crew are ready, we start a much more dynamic game in which we fly out into space, performing the tasks entrusted to us: from reconnaissance to recovery of planetary territory. Their completion guarantees us access to special prizes. However, the expeditions are full of dangers in the form of harmful radiation, black holes and murderous fields of asteroids, not to mention attacks from aliens, who often try to carry out an abortion on board our machine. The battles are dynamic and at the same time require strategic thinking, where using the skills of the crew members may prove to be crucial to get out of the clash all the way. Especially when it comes to extinguishing a fire or repairing a damaged component, provided, of course, that we have the necessary resources for this. In other words, it's not easy.
Space Crew continues what is known and liked about Bomber Crew, providing us with a similar mechanical gameplay as well as a visual layer adapted to the realities of the cosmic adventure highlighted by an adequate soundtrack.

Game Ratings for Space Crew Video Game.
GameSpew: 6 / 10 by Chris Mc
Space Crew is a patchy trip into the cosmos. If you can tolerate the lack of mission and enemy variety you’ll get joy out of it but, with a little more attention it could have been stellar.
The Digital Fix: 6 / 10 by Ben Ingham
Cute visually, but lacking the gameplay depth of its predecessor, Space Crew is a slow grind that offers glimpses at what could've been. A decent follow up to Bomber Crew, Runner Duck's latest game aims for the stars but just gets out of the atmosphere.
PC Invasion: 5 / 10 by Tim McDonald
Space Crew is a reasonable introduction to the Crew series, but it tones down the entertaining chaos and difficulty a bit too much.
