An isometric dungeon crawler RPG. Stolen Realm features turn-based battles, moves based on dice rolls and complex character development mechanics with lots of room to experiment. The game offers a total of six modes, including a campaign. It can be played solo or in coop.
Stolen Realm is a dungeon crawler RPG game enriched with elements taken from the roguelike genre. The game was developed by Burst2Flame Entertainment studio. We find ourselves in a world broken into fragments that our team of heroes tries to recover and put back together.
In Stolen Realm, we watch the action in an isometric view. The game allows us to lead a team of up to six people into battle, whose members are diversified in terms of classes, combat skills and preferred weapons.
The game offers a wide range of possibilities in terms of the development of the protagonists. Although there is nothing to stop us from sticking to the main professions, we can also experiment by teaching skills specific to various specializations. This allows us, among other things, to take control of a killer who can wield magic as well as a blade, or a knight who can not only skillfully swing a sword, but also cast healing spells.
The adventure leads us through various locations - from ice-bound mountain peaks, through the jungles, ending in gloomy dungeons. The game world is procedurally generated, so every adventure looks different from the previous one. While wandering between subsequent places, we can leave the main story for later and instead focus on gathering resources, going treasure hunting or visiting traders. All paths eventually lead to the final boss, a confrontation with whom ends a given expedition.
During the gameplay, we often have to fight against opponents. Battles take place in turn-based mode, on arenas covered with a hexagonal grid. On the battlefield, we must not only skillfully use the strengths of our characters (it is worth remembering that the success largely depends on the results of dice rolls), but also make use of the opportunities provided by our surroundings. For example, battle shrines provide us with various enhancements, while exploding barrels can inflict additional damage on enemies.
As we progress, we develop characters, as well as obtain better equipment and improve the items we own, which allows us to face increasingly greater challenges over time.
Stolen Realm allows us to play alone or in coop (via the Internet or locally) for up to six people. The difficulty level is automatically scaled based on the number of players. In addition to an extensive story campaign, the game offers a fast roguelike mode, as well as a special module for streamers. Additionally, battle-hardened players can test their skills in permadeath mode, where the death of the team ends the game.
The graphic design of Stolen Realm was made in low poly technique.

Game Ratings for Stolen Realm Video Game.
NoobFeed: 45 / 100 by Jay Claassen
Stolen Realm has so much potential to be great, but it needs a lot of polish and fine-tuning before it can really make a mark. The lack of story is somewhat balanced out by the combat mechanics, but that also needs a bit more work to keep things interesting. While the music leans more toward the monotonous side of things, the voice acting is the saving grace in that regard. However, what really shines above everything else is just how well implemented the low poly world is and how it interacts with the hex block design for combat strategy.
GamesCreed: 3.8 / 5 by Kurtis Seid
There really isn’t much of a story hook at all, nor do you make any key choices of what happens. Instead, Stolen Realm should be completely approached like a loot RPG such as Diablo 4. You are here to grind, make builds, and get progressively stronger. This is great for fans of dungeon crawlers who don’t really need anything else. But if you prefer a strong plot or setting, Stolen Realm doesn’t have it.
