A third-person action adventure game, set in Japan in both 1915 and 1943. Stranger Than Heaven (previously known as Project Century) was made by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio – creators of the very popular Yakuza (Like a Dragon) series. The game features a brutal combat system, allowing us to use our fists and various types of melee weapons.
Stranger than Heaven (formerly Project Century) is an action-adventure game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, which gained worldwide recognition for its best-selling Like a Dragon (Yakuza) series. The release of this game was handled by Sega company.
Details of the plot of Stranger than Heaven are still shrouded in an aura of mystery. Little is known beyond the fact that the game will transport us to Japan about a hundred years ago. While the action of the first game trailer took place in 1915, the second trailer showed the year 1943. Besides that, currently not much is known about this project - we don't even know the list of its target hardware platforms.
As indicated by the materials sent by the publisher, events will be presented from a third-person perspective (TPP), and one of the pillars of the gameplay will be taking part in brutal fights with opponents. During dynamic duels, we will primarily use our own fists and deliver kicks, but the game will also feature melee weapons. Blood will flow heavily in this, both ours and the enemies' (who will not be afraid to use even Molotov cocktails).
