The Bradwell Conspiracy is a first-person adventure game set in the near future (the year is 2026) at the Stonehenge Museum. In the game, we play the role of an employee of Bradwell Electronics corporation, who tries to solve the mystery of an explosion, which took place at a party organized by the company. The game was developed by Bossa Studios (creators of I Am Bread and Surgeon Simulator).
During a reception organised by Bradwell Electronics to mark the launch of the groundbreaking "Clean Water Initiative", there is an explosion. The player takes on the role of one of the survivors and tries to escape the ruins nad understand what exactly happened. He is supported by a woman named Amber, who also managed to survive the tragedy, but got stuck behind a locked door.
In The Bradwell Conspiracy , we observe the game world from first-person perspectiv. The game consists of exploration, finding and using items, and solving simple logic puzzles. While playing, we also discover the story prepared by the devs. An interesting mechanic is the ability to take pictures using Bradwell Smart Glasses - the photographs can be sent to Amber, who offers her comments and tips in return.
The Bradwell Conspiracy offers only a single player mode.
The Bradwell Conspiracy has an interestingly designed three-dimensional visuals. The creators did not focus on realism, instead the game world is characterized by a unique, slightly simplified, but interesting design, slightly reminiscent of what we know from e.g. Firewatch developed by Campo Santo. In the game we can hear the voices of Akubakar Salim (Bayek from Assassin's Creed Origins) and British radio and television journalist Jonathan Ross.
