Lost Depths is a small expansion for the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online, the third in the Legacy of Breton storyline that continues. As usual, ZeniMax Online Studios is responsible for the production and release of the expansion.
The plot is a continuation of the events of the previous add-ons from Legacy of Breton?w and at the same time an introduction to the last expansion in this story thread - The Elder Scrolls Online: Firesong.
The journey through the Abecean sea, known for its dangers, ends with a shipwreck on one of the islands of the ship we are traveling on. On it, we have the opportunity to remember another survivor, an explorer from the Magicians Guild, Dhulef, while seeking information about the legendary Druid King and his journey to Systres. During the course of this mission, we discover a huge dwarven complex and previously unknown technology that allows us to traverse the ocean floor.
We also come to the aid of the druid Laurel in defending the Enclave of Earthen Root, once the refuge of all the druids of the Systres Archipelago, which was unexpectedly attacked by the cruel Circle of Firesong headed by Archdruid Devyrik. We must protect the relics of this sacred site and prevent the threat from spreading across Tamriel.
The add-on introduces two four-player PvE missions (Dungeons) - Graven Deep and Earthen Root Enclave - with new story threads, characters, enemies and bosses. In each of the dungeons, we have the opportunity to acquire items unavailable elsewhere, including weapon and armor sets, a set of which provides unique effects. The new locations are located in the area introduced to the game in the High Isle add-on.
The expansion is not a standalone, requiring the base version of the game to function.
