The Elder Scrolls Online: Scribes of Fate

The Elder Scrolls Online: Scribes of Fate is a small expansion to the MMO The Elder Scrolls Online, introducing the Shadow over Morrowing storyline, which runs throughout three subsequent expansions, the most major of which being Necrom. It was developed by ZeniMax Online Studios.

Plot

The Psijic Order needs the player's help due to the appearance of mysterious temporal anomalies in the town of Bal Sunnar. Other than the chaotic phenomena we'll also be opposed by the Telvanni family, which holds custody of the town, doesn't like strangers and has some secrets they're trying to hide at all costs.

We'll also lend aid to Keshargo, the former leader of the Scribes of Mora - a once peaceful organization dedicated to gathering information in the name of Hermaeus Mora, the Daedric Prince of knowledge. He seeks a powerful relic he could use to regain his position and save the cult's members from sinister influence.

Mechanics

The expansion introduces two PvE Dungeons for four-player parties - Bal Sunnar and Scrivener's Hall - featuring new plotlines, characters, enemies and bosses. Each Dungeon has three difficulty levels, letting us earn unique items and achievements.

Technical aspects

The expansion is not standalone and requires the base version of the game.
