game release date for PC:
Trackmania 2: Lagoon for PC is another version of Trackmania 2 that is made of three games: 2011 Canyon from 2011, Stadium from 2013, and Valley released the same year as the previous one. Nadeo developed all of the mentioned games. The studio is also known for their FPS ShootMania: Storm.
When it comes to gameplay mechanics, Trackmania 2: Lagoon for PC uses the same system we know form the series’ previous installments. Once again we get an arcade racing game where we race with other drivers on uncommon tracks. Though the overall premise of the game did not change, it has a rather different climate; quite literally. Trackmania 2: Lagoon gives us access to sixty-five tropical racetracks. Previously, we raced through canyons, muddy wastelands, highways, and locations from Trackmania Nations Forever. The newest game in the series offers some new locations, although not that new if we look at the franchise as a whole. All of the locations in topic are located on the same archipelago we saw in the 2016 Trackmania Turbo. Racetracks in Trackmania 2: Lagoon are located on small islands full of palm trees and sandy beaches. We will use launching pads made of wrecked ships during our races and see zeppelins flying in the sky.
Single player campaign is the fundamental game mode in Trackmania 2: Lagoon for PC, but the game also has a multiplayer mode. There are six multiplayer modes available: Time Attack, Round, Team, Cup, Lapse, and Chase. Depending on which one we chose, we would beat time scores, take part in tournaments, fight for our team, and so on. The game comes with a level editor that allows us to create our own racetracks and competitions.
