Vivat Slovakia is a third-person (TPP) action game developed and published by the Slovak studio Team Vivat. Wanting to create this game, the developers asked the community at the beginning of 2022 to partially cover the production costs on the crowdfunding platform Start Lab. In the end, they managed to collect six times the amount of the minimum fundraiser goal. Undoubtedly, one of the reasons for the great interest in the project was the clear inspiration from the Grand Theft Auto series by Rockstar Games. The other reason would be the unique setting.

Plot

Vivat Slovakia is set in post-communist Slovakia, specifically in its capital, Bratislava. The presented events take place in the mid-90s, shortly after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia was completed in 1993. Both countries that emerged as a result - the Czech Republic and Slovakia - gained sovereignty.
