House Flipper: Amy Johnson order

This time in House Flipper you receive an order for real, serious money, nearly $20,000. Amy Johnson orders you to renovate her apartment. There are two walls to demolish: one separating the two rooms and the other separating the living room from the kitchen. In all the rooms listed, start by selling all the furniture (except ceiling lamps and wardrobes and a bedroom clock - you won't be able to do it, but that's how it's supposed to be). All of them will be replaced with new ones at a later stage...

Leaking radiator in the living room.

You will probably notice another inconvenience in the living room - a leaking radiator. Press the E key to enter installation mode. You will fix it the same way you have installed it. Also do not forget to clean the puddle with a mop.

Get to the painting process: in the living room you can use white and Mandarin Orange colors. It's better to use white to finish the whole - it's simply almost half as cheap and you need 2 cans. Also, two paint containers will be needed in the bedroom, where you will use Faded Lemon. At the end of the day, the purchase of furniture remains. The kitchen will include:
