House Flipper: Tim Starv

Tim Star has a house in a pretty good condition which is a rare phenomenon in the plot orders of House Flipper. Your main task is to repaint the walls and clean/wash windows (11 pieces).

Air conditioners are hung under the ceiling, it is easy not to notice the mounting brackets while walking freely around the room.

From the novelty, for the first time in your orders you are asked to install an air conditioner. You will install it in the main living room and in one of the rooms. There is a special place for them on the ceiling, additionally they are marked on the mini-map. After purchasing the device, you need to screw it in, connect the 6 wires, connect the pipes and close the housing of the device.

Re-locate the leaking radiator, repair it and clean the water spot.

A careful player will also notice a leaking radiator in one of the rooms while washing the windows. It should be repaired just like in the previous tasks. In one of the rooms you also need to install a new radiator, and in the bathroom - a towel radiator. The works will culminate in painting four rooms in the colors indicated in the task. The job is worth the effort as you will be rewarded with $7,000 in cash.
