In this chapter you will find the description of all of the story-related orders in House Flipper. Missions are about carrying out renovation and cleaning works indicated in the emails. Those tasks have no names – this guide uses emails of senders/clients to identify them.

Orders in House Flipper can be found as emails on your notebook, located in your office. After reading the mail you need to press the Accept button and the task will land in your order list. Once the order is accepted, you will be moved to the location of the task.
In the right side of the interface you will find the tasks you need to complete. When you are outside of the house, you can see the progress of the whole order in each category (replacement of parts, cleaning and so on) and when inside a room you will see the progress for that single room. Above it you can find a clock (there's a day and night cycle in the game by default - you can turn it off in the settings). The upper right corner of the screen is the mini-map and the account balance - you have to pay for materials, furniture and new equipment from your own wallet.
To complete a job press the Esc key and select "complete order". At any time, you can also go back to your office and save your progress, later you can continue the job that you had left off by selecting the e-mail containing the job offer, the mission will continue from where you left off.
