You can find another quick and easy order at House Flipper in the email from Caroline Smith. Simply clean the garage. You will find a lot of rubbish in it - mainly old car tires, although not all of them are to be disposed of. Those that are not treated as rubbish will not respond to a mouse click (but if you hold down the LMB, you will lift them up). Don't forget about spending your skill-points, you will get the second point in cleaning during this mission.

Next, we have to clean the place with a mop. Clean all stains from the floor and skid marks. Put away the lying bicycles to get a better access. It's very easy to omit the stains in the workshop and on the green box on the right.

You will get a better washer (with a larger cleaning area) along with an improved mop by using Perks for the amount of dirt you fight.

The windows are finally cleaned. Press E next to the window to enter the cleaning mode. The process is based only on driving through it with a washer, although it is not that easy to use. However, after several washed windows you will be able to do this professionally.
