Just Cause 3: The Secret of Vis Electra
To gain access to this mission, you have to liberate a total of 3 provinces on the Insula Fonte island, the one you begin your journey - you will have to liberate all the cities, military bases and outpost in 3 different provinces to unlock this mission (the map is divided into provinces by a dotted line - red one if the province is in the enemy hands, blue one if it's liberated).

After liberating the required number of provinces, go to the destination marked on the map to begin the mission. Your objective is to blow up several objects, but first things first, you have to continue along the pipes, which are located directly in front of you (after the cutscene ends). The pipes are easier to spot from the air, as they are going underground and in the water, so just use your rope and parachute to get above the ground. Following them is fairly easy, as you will have to travel in a straight line.

After reaching a small lake, you will be greeted by two groups of enemies, patrolling the area with their boats. Watch out for their fire, as there are HMG mounted on the boats, which are able to do some serious damage. The easiest way of dealing with them is to use your rocket / grenade launcher (or simply grenades), either from the ground or from the air. Don't worry - you will be able to replenish your ammo soon.

After getting rid of the enemies, continue along the pipes - they will be hidden underwater, but you should have no problem to locate them (you just have to move straight ahead all the time). When you reach the end of the pipeline, get back on the ground and dive into the water, near the yellow marker. When the gate opens, swim inside and get to the other side of the tunnel - remember to resurface from time to time to get some air, as Rico can't hold his breath for long.

After emerging on the surface, locate the ammo cabinet (near the gate indicated by the marker). Replenish your ammunition and then open the gate, where a small group of enemies await you. Get rid of them and then use your own preferred method to blow up the three transformer-line control nodes, indicated by red markers. When you're done, pick up the ammo left by enemies and head towards the newly opened passage (to the right, looking from the gate you've enter the room through) - after a short while you will get back to the surface and the mission will be over.
