1st Glitching Remains
Location: Chapter 3, right after getting the flashlight.
These glitching remains are located further in the room. To get to them, you must run to the very end of the room, to the closed door. It's best to illuminate the path with the flashlight to see what's at the far end of the room.
2nd Glitching Remains
Location: Chapter 3, behind closed doors.
You'll find these glitching remains right next to the shelves with mannequin parts.
3rd Glitching Remains
Location: Chapter 3, in the corridor with the monsters.
Go through the bars to get to the locked part of the corridor. You will see a door on the left. You need to go through them – the collectible is in this small room.
2nd Glitching Remains
Location: Chapter 3, in the bathroom.
You'll find these glitching remains right next to the bathroom. Just go through the ventilation shaft located on the left wall.
