This page of our Little Nightmares 2 guide describes Chapter 4 of the game: Enter the Tower. Here you'll find a walkthrough of the TV section. In this section, we've covered all the interactions needed to complete the TV section as you head towards the tower.
Finding the remote control
This section begins with a sequence that involves jumping between various TVs. They will function as portals of sorts, allowing you to progress further.
Once you go through the first TV, you'll end up in a small apartment. You have to climb up the shelves to reach the upper floor.
Pick up a remote control, which you'll be able to use to turn TVs on and off.
Crossing the rooftops
Once you find the blown off part of the room, you will need to move the TV to the left side (so that it hangs over the roof). To do so, use the lever.
Return to the TV and transport yourself to the roof of the subsequent building.
Your following task will be to climb up the ladder, straight to the next building.
You're about to face the sequence of walking on the rooftops, but it is nothing difficult. You just have to run across the boards and jump from building to building.
Eventually, you will reach a window thought which you will get into the next apartment.
Post Office
Activate the TV located right next to the chair, then climb up the ladder.
You will stumble upon a post office. Start by jumping into the shaft to squeeze your way into the other part of the room.
While on the other side, turn on the TV and move the cart so that it stands by the door.
Then transport yourself using the TV, jump over the hole and continue to the right.
While moving forward, you will realize how necessary the cart is. It will help you make the jump over the hole in the floor. There is no other way to get past this gap.
Apartment
Your next task is to jump on the hanger and reach the next building.
You will end up in an apartment where a woman is blocking your TV. When you approach her, she will immediately attack you.
Turn on the TV that is outside the window, and turn off the one in the room. Immediately hide behind the chair and wait for the woman to move away. She should approach the window and remain there motionlessly.
Move to the roof using the TV in the room.
After clambering up to the next floor, you will be faced with the same task. Turn on the TV on the left to make the man fall into the abyss. Then activate the second TV and make your way to the right side of the building.
You must use the hanger in order to advance. This will allow you to reach the next roof.
