Mafia 3: Old Times' Sake (recruitment of Cassandra)

Below you will find the walkthrough for all three missions played after completing the prologue in which Lincoln's friends are murdered and a fire is started in Sammy's bar. The first two missions are very short. During those missions you will visit the destroyed bar and meet with Donovan in the motel. The "Old Times' Sake" mission is longer and during it Lincoln will have to convince the new Haitian leader to cooperate with him in getting rid of Sal Marcano.

Somethin' I've Got to Do

This time you must enter through the window

Leave the church, enter Donovan's car and drive to Sammy's bar. Once you reach the destroyed building, get inside through the window (later you will be able to enter inside normally through the door) and go to the basement which from now on will be Lincoln's hideout. The protagonist will obtain a knife that will prove to be useful when performing takedowns. In addition to that, there is a safe in the basement in which you can safely keep the money you gathered (more about that can be found in the General advice chapter).

Rewards for completing the mission: Knife, new hideout (Sammy's bar), possibility to keep money in the safe.

That's the Plan, Padre

Donovan can be found in the motel

This mission is very short. You must reach the hotel in which you can find Donovan. Once you there, go to the room he rents. The protagonist will decide that the first step to destroying Marcano's criminal organization is to recruit Haitians and take over Delray Hollow.

Old Times' Sake

Get close to the informant after eliminating the people that accompanied him

Start the journey to the place where you must wait for Haitians to appear. Once you reach the destination, sit on the bench and wait for a yellow vehicle with gangsters inside drive into the nearby warehouse.

Drive inside. You can attack the Haitians directly or start sneaking up - the latter is a better idea. Wait for them to split and start sneaking up on each of them in order to perform a silent takedown. Leave the informant marked by the game for the end. You must catch him (after sneaking up on him or getting rid of his backup) so that Lincoln can interrogate him.

The informant will give you the location of Haitians' leader's hideout (Pierced Heart Vodou Shop). Go there. Once you reach the destination, you can break in (by kicking the door or completing the minigame with the crowbar) or climb on the roof shown on the picture from where you can reach a small balcony. No matter which road you selected, walk into the room on the first floor that is marked by the game and sit on the couch. You will meet with Cassandra whom you have already met and who will become the first of Lincoln's underbosses.

Rewards for completing the mission: New underboss - Cassandra, the possibility to buy weapon and equipment from a trader.
