Marvel's Spider-Man 2 received a modification Rage Settings, introducing changes that fans believe should become part of the series.
The PC port of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 doesn't officially support mods. However, already with the first installment, players figured out how to modify the title of Insomniac Games studio, so in the case of the sequel, noteworthy fan projects have been appearing since the release.

You can download Rage Settings from NexusMods. For the game, you will also need the ModSettings project by the same author, which allows modders to add custom, fully interactive menus to Marvel's Spider-Man 2.
