Balatro is a card game with rouge-like elements that is loosely based on poker rules. Players take part in it in random duels, and as they progress, they unlock new decks and even special Jokers with unique properties and effects. These have different rarities, and the rarest are legendary. In our guide you will learn how to get all the Legendary Jokers and what effects they have.
Balatro – How to get Legendary Jokers?
In Balatro, players can get 150 Jokers, only 5 of which are Legendary. Each of these cards has a variety of effects that will help you win the duel, nevertheless, the most powerful ones are Jokers of the rarest quality.
Each of these Jokers is possible to unlock with a Spectral Card called The Soul. You can get it occasionally in Tarot Packs as well as Spectral Packs. It allows you to create the Legendary Joker, as long as you have room for it. Be sure to find a spot for these powerful deck additions, because without them, winning a duel will be significantly more difficult.
Balatro – What Legendary Jokers do?

- Caino – Gains x1 Mult when a face card is destroyed. Starts at x1 Mult.
- Chicot – Disables effect of every Boss Blind.
- Perkeo – Create a Negative copy of 1 random Consumable card in your possession at the end of the shop.
- Triboulet – Played Kings and Queens each give x2 Mult when scored.
- Yorick – x5 Mult, but only after using 23 discards.
