The new map takes us to North Africa

As announced, DICE continues to develop Battlefield V. Players have received the first part of the Chapter IV: Defying the Odds Update, which introduces another free map for multiplayer mode. The map in question is Al Sundan in North Africa, which we previously visited in the story campaign of the fifth Battlefield as part of the war story Under no Flag. The devs modified the battlefield slightly, among other things by adding numerous vehicles and planes. The map itself is a huge location with large open spaces and a canyon, where we can find six control points (including an airport giving access to a larger number of flying machines).

There are a lot of open spaces in Al Sundan - it is better not to cross them without smoke grenades.

For now, Al Sundan offers two game modes: Team Conquest and Team Deathmatch. "For now", because the creators mentioned the fact that not all variants of the game were taken into account due to stability problems detected during the tests. No details were given, but the other modes were promised to be available as soon as possible. Let us hope that the situation will not be repeated in the case of the next maps that we will receive in the fourth chapter of Battlefield V. Next in line is Greek Marita, which will appear in the game next month. Let us remind that apart from the new battlefields, we will also see the option of setting up private servers and a new progression system.
