Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 3 delayed. Activision makes a promise to players
The next season of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone games was supposed to launch later in March, but that won't happen. Activision has announced the delay.

Activision announced a delay of the third season in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Instead of March 20, the season that is supposed to bring back the classic Verdansk map to Warzone will start on April 3.
In a statement published by the official Call of Duty channel on X, we read:
Season 03 is a big moment for Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 6, and we’re taking the time to deliver a great experience starting on April 3.
More to come following Call of Duty: Warzone's 5th anniversary next week…
Verdansk is the original map from Call of Duty: Warzone, available since the first edition of battle royale from 2020. Many anticipate that the location will make a comeback for the game's fifth anniversary. Looking at the Call of Duty statistics on Steam, it's impossible not to conclude that such a nostalgic theme would be very necessary for the series. It is said that if Verdansk doesn't attract players, we might not even get Warzone 3.0 with the next CoD (via Insider-Gaming).
