Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Launches

Today is the premiere of the latest installment of the flagship shooter series published by Activision - Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War. The game is available on PCs (for $59.99 on Battlenet, Xbox One, PlayStation 4), Xbox Series X / S and PlayStation 5. In the case of next-gen platforms, we have to pay $69.99 PLN for a so-called cross-gen bundle.

Controversies surrounding the user license

One of the Reddit forum users has published a screenshot showing the game's end user license, which we will have to accept to play the new Call of Duty. What is striking is the point where we give up our right to take part in class actions in advance and agree that all problems and conflicts will be solved through arbitration (i.e. under conditions favorable to large corporations).

This provision applies primarily to US gamers, but may also apply to those who have purchased the game outside the United States. Users have 30 days to withdraw from the contract and can only do so by sending a letter by post.
