Cyberpunk 2077 in 2020 vs. E3 2018 Visual Comparison

An intriguing video was released to the web, which shows how much Cyberpunk 2077 has changed since E3 2018. The graphics have improved in most elements.

The first gameplay footage from Cyberpunk 2077 was prepared on the occasion of E3 2018. Cycu1 channel on YT provided an interesting video, which shows how much the game has changed since this show.

We are used to the fact that what ultimately lands on store shelves is graphically worse than the footage shown on presentations. However, it is different with Cyberpunk 2077. The final release of the game has much better lighting. The city also gained details in many places. In some sections it seems that there are fewer NPCs. In general, however, it can be seen that the developers have made considerable progress since the 2018 demo. Of course, the question arises whether many players wouldn't prefer worse lighting in exchange for better performance.

In the comparison prepared by Cucu1, the final version of the game worked in maximum details and had ray tracing enabled. Gameplay was recorded on a PC with GeForce RTX 3080, 16 GB of RAM and AMD Ryzen 9 3900X.
