The Pale Reach, a paid DLC for the fishing game Dredge, has been announced. This time, we will go to ice-bound waters.
Developers from Black Salt have announced that Dredge has already found one million buyers. Thus, the game has exceeded their expectations many times over.
"We had hoped to sell maybe 100,000 copies in the first year. That would have been amazing. That was our estimate, but we beat it many times over," said producer Nadia Thorne.
New Zealand's Black Salt has announced the first paid expansion for Dredge, an exquisite fishing RPG with horror elements.
Dredge was released on March 30, this year. The game debuted simultaneously on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, and the DLC will be available on the same platforms.
Dredge has met with a warm reception. On OpenCritic the game has an average rating of 82%. Even warmer was the reception by the players themselves - on Steam 95% of the game's reviews are positive.
