EA Sports reported, that after the first week after release, the number of users who have played EA Sports FC 24, jumped from 6.8 million during the early access period to 11.3 million people. We also learned that the mobile version of EA Sports FC was downloaded by 11.2 million Android and iOS users.

Almost no one who has been following information about EA Sports FC 24 expected a great revolution. The only unknown was really only the reception of the first installment of the new series, developed without cooperation with the International Federation of Football.

It turns out that the lack of FIFA logo on the game's covers did not stop fans from buying EA's game. Information presented by the editors of the Financial Times (via PCGamesN), suggests that EA Sports FC 24 has surpassed the early access statistics of FIFA 23.

According to a report by journalists 6.8 million people took advantage of the possibility to play the new title early(probably on all platforms). This represents an increase of as much as 25% over last year's FIFA game. It was emphasized, however, that EA Sports FC 24 fans were able to start playing up to eight days earlier, while in the case of FIFA 23 it was only three days.

As a reminder, owners of the Ultimate edition, priced at around $100, and EA Play Pro subscribers were entitled to take advantage of early access.

Launch not without problems

And while these are extremely impressive results, it should be remembered that the launch of EA Sports FC 24 was not without its problems. Many players (mainly those with AMD graphics cards) could not run the game (what's more, the problems continue, although EA Sports is looking into the matter), despite the release of several patches.

Unsurprisingly, the community, which spent such a large sum to enjoy the latest title, is very unhappy about it.
