Fall Guys Breaks a Historic PS Plus Record; 7 Million Users on Steam
Fall Guys continues to conquer digital distribution platforms. According to Devolver Digital, the game is already the most downloaded title in the history of PS Plus service. It is also doing great on Steam.
Fall Guys could not be released until early August, but it is undoubtedly a strong candidate for the title of the greatest phenomenon of this summer. If anyone had any doubts about the popularity of Mediatonic's game, these should now finally be resolved. PlayStation's Twitter account said that Fall Guys has become the most downloaded game of all time in PlayStation Plus. This has been confirmed by the game's publisher, Devolver Digital, who has not failed to mention another success of its game. As reported on Twitter, players have purchased over 7 million copies of Mediatonic's game on Steam.
The news will certainly not surprise anyone who has even was near YouTube, Twitch or other social media in recent weeks. Suffice it to mention that at the time of writing this news the title is one of the most watched games on Amazon's platform with over a hundred thousand viewers. Even if the success of Fall Guys won't survive the test of time, the creators can't complain about the outcome of their latest project.
