Games With Gold for January 2022; Weak Start of a New Year

We've learned the titles of the games that will hit Games with Gold in January 2022. Next month, subscribers will be able to pick up NeuroVoider and Space Invaders: Infinity Gene, among other titles.

Microsoft has announced the titles that will be available for pick up in January 2022 as part of Games with Gold. Subscribers to Xbox Live Gold - and therefore Xbox Game Pass Ultimate - will traditionally receive four games - this time they will receive full-blown classics.

January 1 will see the release of NeuroVoider, a roguelike twin-stick shooter with a top-down view, and Radiant Silvergun, the Xbox re-release of a shooter game known from arcade machines and the SEGA Saturn. In the second part of the month, we'll be able to download Space Invaders: Infinity Gene (a shoot'em up from the popular franchise) and a niche, though quite warmly received RPG Aground, based on collecting resources and crafting.

Xbox Live Gold subscribers can also pick up The Escapists 2, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet and Tropico 5: Penultimate Edition - the first two until December 31, and the last one until January 15.
