Global Launch of Demon's Souls

New videos from Demon's Souls show that the character editor will enable us to create some truly hideous characters. A dozen or so minutes of action makes us believe it's currently the prettiest launch title available on PS5.

With the launch of PlayStation 5, an embargo on all material from launching games was lifted. Demon's Souls is one of the titles that is the most popular among players. The new videos show that the game looks exceptionally good. Bluepoint Games has worked hard and delivered a title that is a solid argument for switching to PS5 right from the start.

However, before we go directly to the gameplays, it's worth having a look at the launch trailer of this remake of a 2009 game. There aren't many new shots on it, although a new look at the locations we're going to visit, combined with the main musical theme, will ceratainly get us in the right mood.

Already watched the trailer? Then it's time for the main course. At the beginning, a dozen or so minutes with the game's extensive character wizard.

As you can see, the possibilities of creating our own character are tremendous. Some people decide to create a character in their own image, others - as befits the "souls" community - will prepare various hideous characters fighting for the title of the greatest freak in the game.

You can also see the beginning of the game in performance mode, which guarantees 60 frames per second in 1440p resolution. You can watch the video native 4K here.
