Hit Man, a new action comedy starring Adria Arjona and Glen Powell, is heading to Netflix and cinemas. The production pleased audiences at festivals last year, garnering very positive reviews. Hit Man on Rotten Tomatoes boasts 96% positive reviews out of 78, which is a very good score and only encourages to get ready for the screening.

Hit Man, directed by Richard Linklater, will hit Netflix on June 7 and select theaters on May 24. In the meantime, we encourage you to watch the latest trailer for the production below.

And what is this action comedy about? Gary Johnson is the most in-demand paid assassin in New Orleans, who is like a hero plucked from the movies for his clients, who see him as this mysterious mercenary for hire. However, if you wish to use his services and pay him to eliminate an unfaithful spouse or an abusive boss, you'd better be careful, because he actually works for the police. Once, however, Gary breaks protocol. This is due to a desperate woman who tries to escape her abusive husband and asks him for help. Gary enters dangerous territory, becoming one of his fake characters and falling in love with the woman.

Thus, a production full of frenetic action is coming, the trailer of which only whets the appetite. Linklater, who was behind the camera, is responsible for the title, as already mentioned. In addition, he wrote the Hit Man script in collaboration with Glen Powell, who recently reigned in cinemas with the romantic comedy Anyone but You.
