Survival games are ubiquitous and only the most original ones will survive the wilds. Smalland takes an interesting turn that puts a player into a role of a tiny elf-like creature. In such circumstances, every bug or small critter can be dangerous. Up until now the game has been in Early Access program, but it finally reached version 1.0. As it usually happens, it has been accompanied by major content update, that among other things, introduced Contribution Points. How to get them? What do they do? Great questions. Here you will find all the information you need.

Contribution Points in Smalland

The new update for Smalland not only changed the version number to 1.0, thus releasing it from Early Access, but also added a lot of new, exciting features – for example Contribution Points. It is understandable that with so many new additions, it can be challenging to track all of them. The points are especially interesting as they can provide you with unique rewards.

Getting the points is not very complex. They are directly connected to newly implemented Events that appear in the world once every 15 – 20 minutes when you are near them. Successfully completing them rewards you with said points. They will be accounted towards one of the factions.

Collecting 1000 Contribution Points can be used to obtain a unique perk from a representative of a group that you have assigned them to. The representatives are Mirmek, Lisandra, Skadi and Drustana. Additionally, the factions offer new armour sets, cosmetics and building parts.

Even though the game ended its Early Access period, that doesn’t mean that it stops growing. There are a lot more things to come in 2024 for Smallands. You can check them out in the roadmap that the developers shared. Have fun!
