Insurgency receives a new content update; get the game in Humble Bundle offer

Insurgency got a big content update including a new map, weapons, game mode, enhanced AI, spectator improvements, and more. It also brings about Linux and SteamOS support.

Insurgency – online multiplayer shooter that emerged as a full-fledged sequel to a Half-Life 2 mod – received a big update this week. Interestingly, it expands the game’s content while reducing its size by 1.5 gigabytes, which became possible thanks to reworking coop maps. The update also brings about a brand new map and alternative versions of several of the already existing ones, new game mode, weapons, gadgets, and more. Apart from the fresh content, Insurgency got enhanced AI, improved spectator mode, and, last but not least, Linux and SteamOS support. Right now Insurgency is available in Humbo Jumbo Bundle 5 as a tier one title, which means you can buy it there at $1 or more. This also gets you Men of War: Assault Squad, Abyss Odyssey, and other games, if you decide to pay more than the current average. The offer expires on November 10.
