Lords of the Fallen is a recently released game in the soulslike genre developed by Hexworks and published by CI Games. It's set in a dark and dangerous world. Interestingly, for many players, their initial challenge isn't a formidable in-game foe, but rather the game itself, which tends to have technical issues. Developers try to fix them as soon as possible but sometimes during patching process more bugs are created. This situation happened in the case of custom keybinding in Lords of the Fallen. It keeps resetting. Let’s talk about it.

Keybinding Keeps Resetting in Lords of the Fallen

Lords of the Fallen was released with some technical issues and many negative reviews are about this aspect of the game. However, developers try to fix various problems as soon as possible and release patches and fixes. While they definitely resolve many bugs, at the same time there is a risk that they will create a new one.

This situation happened in the case of keybinding. In soulslike games it is important to have comfortable controls to defeat various demanding opponents. This is why many players change keybinds. However, with a recent update a problem appeared. Each time a player leaves the game, custom layout resets and is back to default.

This problem has no fix. However, it is so popular (as it happens to all players who rebind their keys) that it will be surely solved soon. Let’s wait for the next patch and observe situation.
