Kingdom Come: Deliverance - The Board Game, based on the license of the popular RPG by Warhorse, has been announced.
Another popular video game will get a board game adaptation. Warhorse Studios has announced Kingdom Come: Deliverance - The Board Game, a tabletop production inspired by the 2018 historical RPG.
The project will be developed by boardcubator, a company specializing in this category. As it happens in case of such projects, the creators are going to raise funds for the production by crowdfunding. The collection will start next year on Gamefound.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance - The Board Game is designed with 1-4 players in mind. The action of the board game will start in 1421. Players will choose from a large group of unique characters, which are to progress like in classic RPGs. The creators promise an extensive storyline, the course of which we're to shape by our own decisions.
A single session of the board game will last from 90 to 150 minutes. A mobile app will be an integral part of the experience. It will provide additional information, graphics and sound effects. Moreover, each conversation will be voiced by professional actors.
