Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Will Require Much Less Than 150 GB

The developers of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy have updated the game's disk space requirements - it will need half as much space as previously announced.

A few days ago we reported about the system requirements of the upcoming Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, the biggest surprise of which was the amount of disk space (150 GB) required to install the game. Now the creators have informed that the title is in the final stages of optimization and will require only 80 GB of free space:

In the case of consoles, we will need even less space - PS4/PS5 versions are expected to weigh about 50 GB. The game will be pre-installed on disks 48 hours before the game's release in your country (Xbox owners can do it now). In the case of Steam, we still have to wait - the creators will inform us when pre-load will be possible.

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is scheduled for launch on October 26. The game will appear on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch (only in the cloud). It will also be available on GeForce Now.
