Note that the amounts are different from what the developers presented in the official list. Your main purchase should be the base game, which costs $34.99, and additional levels can be unlocked as DLC by paying the specified amount on the game card on Steam.
The devs of Escape from Tarkov haven't been getting good press lately. The issues they are currently facing seem to be related to the launch of the studio Madfinger Games' tactical shooter, Gray Zone Warfare, which will be available in early access today, April 30th.
